プライバシーポリシー

対象：SMOKE HAVEN をはじめとする Penguin Engine のゲーム（Android／iOS／PC〈Steam〉）

Penguin Engine（以下「運営者」）は、運営者が提供するゲーム（以下「本ゲーム」）における情報の取扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 個人情報は収集しません

本ゲームは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、生年月日、位置情報、連絡先、写真、動画、音声、広告識別子、端末識別子その他の個人情報を、収集・取得・送信しません。アカウント登録やログインも不要です。

本ゲームには広告配信SDK、アクセス解析SDK、第三者のトラッキング機能は含まれません。ゲームのプログラムから運営者のサーバーへプレイヤーの情報を送信する機能もありません。

2. 端末内に保存するデータ

ゲームの進行状況、配置、設定などのセーブデータは、ご利用の端末内にのみ保存されます。運営者や第三者には送信されません。

データを削除すると、ゲームの進行状況を復元できなくなる場合があります。

3. Steam および各ストアについて

PC版は Steam（Valve Corporation）を通じて配信されます。Android版は Google Play、iOS版は App Store を通じて配信されます。購入手続き、購入履歴、アプリの配信・更新・保護、利用者が共有を許可した診断情報などは、各提供者が各自の規約・プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱い、運営者が管理するものではありません。

運営者は、各ストアの管理画面を通じて、売上・インストール数・クラッシュ情報などの集計されたレポートを確認する場合があります。これらにより個々のプレイヤーを特定することはありません。

4. お問い合わせ

メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレス、お名前（記載された場合）、お問い合わせ内容、添付資料を受け取ります。これらは、お問い合わせへの対応と不具合の調査にのみ利用し、対応に必要な期間が過ぎた後は削除します。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者へ提供しません。パスワードや決済カード情報など、対応に不要な情報は送らないでください。

5. 対象年齢

本ゲームの一部（SMOKE HAVEN など）は成人向けの内容を含み、子ども向けのサービスではありません。運営者は、13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を収集しません。

6. 改定

本ゲームの機能や情報の取扱いが変わる場合は、このページを改定します。重要な変更は、ストアのページやゲーム内などでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Applies to: SMOKE HAVEN and other games by Penguin Engine (Android, iOS and PC via Steam). Effective: October 5, 2026.

1. We do not collect personal information

Our games do not collect, obtain or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, location, contacts, photos, videos, audio, advertising identifiers or device identifiers. No account or sign-in is required. The games contain no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs or third-party tracking, and have no feature that sends player information to our servers.

2. Data stored on your device

Save data such as progress, layout and settings is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or to third parties. On Android and iOS you can delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. On PC (Steam) it is stored in the game's user-data folder, which may remain after uninstalling; delete that folder if you no longer need it.

3. Steam and app stores

The PC version is distributed through Steam (Valve Corporation), the Android version through Google Play and the iOS version through the App Store. Purchases, purchase history, app delivery and protection, and diagnostics you choose to share are handled by each provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We may view aggregated sales, install and crash reports in each store's console; they are not used to identify individual players.

4. Contact

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name (if provided), your message and any attachments. We use them only to respond and investigate issues, delete them when no longer needed, and do not share them with third parties except as required by law. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us at the address below.

5. Age

Some of our games (such as SMOKE HAVEN) contain adult-oriented content and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes

If our games' features or data handling change, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify players via the store pages or in the game.
